Quality Precision Machined Parts

At Autoscrew we operate a quality system in accordance with ISO 9000.

We operate a computerised manufacturing control system which provides us with full traceability on all parts, materials and tooling purchased.

On receipt of an order we review the manufacturing process including the type of inspection equipment necessary to produce each part. All inspection procedures are clearly identified on the instructions that are issued to the operator setting the machine.

All ‘first offs’ are checked firstly by the person who programmed and set the machine making the part and then by our Inspector who has a range of modern measuring equipment at his disposal.

Only when the second inspection has taken place and the part is approved is the go ahead given for full scale manufacture. Once in production all parts are inspected on a regular basis whilst in manufacture.

We can provide such services as ISIR reports and SPC reports if required.

For some customers we can provide a ‘Just in Time’ or Kanban system. With the Kanban system we monitor to an agreed schedule the stocking levels held by our customers, replenishing from stocks held by ourselves, as necessary.

We deliver using our own transport or via our approved courier.
