Autoscrew was bought by Buffalo Holdings in Feb 2009 and moved to the St Helens site in Dec 2009. We can now offer services performed by other group companies as part of our expanding and varied manufacturing base.

Autoscrew have recently purchased a new Miyano BNE 51 SY5.

The Miyano is a twin spindle twin turret CNC Lathe capable of machining parts up to 51mm diameter.

The machine is equipped with a 3 metre bar feed system.

We have recently appointed a Team Leader to organise and control manufacture in the two production areas within our factory - sliding head products and fixed head / machining centre products.

Early in 2008 our Team Leader undertook a training course specially developed and delivered for us by Waterside Training Ltd who also provide training for our apprentices.

As part of the Autoscrew long term commitment to the development and expansion of the company we have in 2008 employed two Apprentices who will complete a four year training course including both off site and in house training.
